Colleen began her real estate career in 1990 and obtained her brokers license in 2003. She is the owner of the RE/MAX Select office in South King County.  Recognizing what was ahead for the greater Seattle market, Colleen was among the first group of Northwest Realtors to earn the designation of Certified Distressed Property Institute, training which has enhanced her extensive experienced and enabled her to help many local homeowners avoid foreclosure.

For the 4th year in a row, Colleen has been awarded “Best In Client Satisfaction” by Seattle Magazine, something bestowed on only 7% of the over 15,000 actively licensed real estate agents in the Seattle area.
Colleen is dedicated to remaining on the cutting edge of real estate marketing and technology. She is the mother of 3 sons and lives in Maple Valley with her husband, Russ, and yellow lab “Carson”.
